Using only non-gmo seeds, clean water and organic coconut fiber we are growing nutrient dense microgreens that are living and ready to harvest at the dinner table or straight into your favorite dish!
Microgreens are packed with nutrients and can contain as much as 40 times the nutrient density of their adult siblings. They are also an excellent source of Sulforaphane, a compound found in some vegetables that has been shown to have amazing health benefits!! A small hand full of greens can be thrown onto any dish as a beautiful garnish adding flavor and nutrients or you can enjoy them as the main course!
Eat them on their own or with a drizzle of your favorite dressing
Pile them on top of a bowl of soup
Stir them into your favorite quinoa dish
Lay a big bed of microgreens under a helping of some saucy curry or stir fry!
